US law and import rules

- Pay with a card or a method that allows a dispute. Wire and crypto do not.

If you already paid
Save the listing page, chat logs, payment receipt, and tracking number. File a charge dispute with the card issuer inside the stated window. Report the sale to CBP and to the brand's legal department. IWC accepts reports through its site and its service network. A refund is not guaranteed once the seller closes the account.
